What Can Tulip Occupational Therapy Help With?
The support we provide varies from functional assessments, reports and personalised programs on how to use specialised equipment and for adapting your home or working environment. Tulip Occupational Therapy is a mobile service. After the initial consultation and we have determined we can provide the support you need, we will come to your location of choice, home, work or in the community to commence face-to-face appointments.

NDIS Occupational Therapy
We work with NDIS participants of all ages and can look at all aspects of daily life in your home, school or workplace.
Functional
Assessments
Understanding a participant's current function enables us to make recommendations of the appropriate level of support which could include specialised equipment, modifications and therapy to improve function.
Home Environment Assessments
During the assessment process, our mobile occupational therapist will provide a home environment assessment with recommendations of any home modifications if required to promote safety and independence in the home.
Equipment Prescription Assistive Technology
Tulip Occupational Therapy can also assess and prescribe, if necessary, equipment, assistive technology, devices and therapy equipment to enhance communication, mobility and independence.
Personal Independence & Management Plans
We offer personal independence and management plans to help improve function, overcome limitations and continually evaluate our participant’s goals, capacity and support needed to live their best lives.
Aged Care
Tulip Occupational Therapy provides aged care services to support independence, minimise falls risk, improve general safety to maximise quality of life both in the home and community.
