Our occupational therapy team are here to assist when a disability, illness, injury or age, limits a persons ability to maintain or participate in activities of everyday life or occupations.
We offer an assessment of needs, and design an individual treatment/care plan. This can also include advice and techniques to carry out daily living tasks, or we may offer independent advice around equipment or adaptations that may help maintain, regain, or improve independence.
Our ongoing therapy services are a one-on-one basis, enabling us to execute a customised treatment plan that addresses the participants or carers concerns and individual needs.
